We offer free shipping on orders above 65€ within Europe*. We charge a 25€-50€ fee for shipping outside the EU.

For orders below 65€, we will charge a shipping fee of 5€ for orders that are shipping to Europe. We charge a 25€-50€ fee for shipping outside the EU.

All shipping to GLS pick up points in Denmark are free. GLS home delivery to Denmark costs €5.

We ship with GLS to all European countries and with UPS on all international shipments. We offer free returns with pre-paid return labels, on orders for Danish and German customers. For customers from the Netherlands, we offer EASY returns. A Pre-paid return label will be with the orders but we charge a 7€ fee when this is taken into use.

Duty (Relevant for Non-EU customers):

WODEN will pay the import duty for your order. Please be aware before ordering, that further export duty costs and handling will be added to returns, and return handling takes longer because of this for non-EU customers. Please contact our customer service team prior to shipping a return from outside the EU so we can guide you.

NOTE: All orders outside the EU are subject to customs handling. The custom handling time may vary. If there are any delays, please check your tracking to determine the reason for the delay. Our customer service team is standing by to assist if necessary.

P.O. Boxes

In some cases, it is not possible for us to deliver to P.O. boxes. If this is the case for your order, we will reach out to you for an alternative address. If we cannot obtain an alternative address, we will cancel the order.

RETURNS

You can return your items up to 30 days after the purchase. For returns, please note that the return shipping will not be reimbursed. 

Money will be refunded to the bank account no longer than 7 working days upon receiving the returned item.
